Can I be staff members?

First, you have be nice to one about 5 people in Starry Coasts.
Or, you treat to other people who need it.
Easy to be admin. But be sure you have to read the rules or can be banned.
Don't get in trouble.
Don't lied to owner/admin
Don't be afraid to ask the owner, if you need help.
